BUILT AROUND YOUR REALITY

You built a global business.
The admin stayed British.

You incorporated online, sell software worldwide and run the company from another country. Then UK deadlines arrive across different portals, in unfamiliar language, with no single view of what comes next.

LOVIGIN Finance is designed to turn that scattered process into a guided workspace: your platform data, your filing preparation and your obligations — explained in clear English.

English is not your first language?Every task explains what is needed, why it matters and what you should prepare next.
HOW IT WORKS

From platform data to filing-ready records.

One guided flow, with you in control at every step.

01

02

Review and explain

Confirm categories, resolve gaps and see plain-English explanations as you go.

03

ONE COMPLIANCE WORKSPACE

More than a CT600 filing tool.

The whole annual compliance picture, without pretending every obligation is the same filing.

Connected records

Import payouts and transactions from Stripe, Wise, PayPal and App Store Connect.

Accounts workspace

Review categorised records and prepare the information needed for annual accounts.

Corporation Tax

Organise the figures and supporting records used to prepare a Company Tax Return (CT600).

Confirmation statement

Track the filing date, review company details and prepare for the separate Companies House filing.

Payroll overview

Keep PAYE tasks, records and recurring dates visible alongside company filings.

Identity verification

Understand Companies House identity-verification actions and track completion status.

Important: From April 2028, small companies and micro-entities will file profit-and-loss accounts, with an option to opt out of public publication. Dormant accounts do not require a P&L. Read the official guidance

DEADLINES WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK

Know what is due, what it means and what to do next.

Company deadlines are connected, but not identical. LOVIGIN Finance keeps annual accounts, Corporation Tax, confirmation statements, payroll and identity checks distinct — and visible together.

FAQ

Straight answers,
before you commit.

Does £149 include government filing fees?+

No. The subscription covers the software. Companies House, HMRC or other statutory fees are paid separately. The digital confirmation statement fee is currently £50.

Will LOVIGIN Finance file everything for me?+

The product is intended to help you organise records, prepare filings and track obligations. Exact filing capabilities will be confirmed before launch. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving your company information.

Is LOVIGIN Finance an accountant?+

No. LOVIGIN Finance is software, not an accounting firm, and does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice. If your affairs are complex or you are unsure, use a qualified professional.

What happens after I pre-order?+

You will receive purchase confirmation and product updates. Before launch, you can cancel for a full refund. Access is expected by the date shown above.

Can I use it for a dormant company?+

The first offer is designed around one trading UK limited company. Dormant-company support is a founder decision still under review; do not pre-order solely for dormant filing until confirmed.

Why not use the old HMRC joint filing service?+

That service closed on 31 March 2026. From 1 April 2026, commercial software is generally needed to file a Company Tax Return online.
